All our products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship/parts for 12 months unless otherwise stated. In addition we operate a No Quibble Guarantee - return the unused goods to us within 7 days in their original packaging for a FULL REFUND, cost of transport is for our customer account. Complaints should be made within 7 days by email or letter. All other products are covered by the manufacturers warranty.

Our Lifetime Magnetic Guarantee

All our high strength quality therapeutic magnets used in every one of our products carry a Lifetime Magnetic guarantee. They are guaranteed not to lose more than 20% of their magnetic strength for the lifetime of the product (when used in accordance with the purpose for which they are designed)

Faulty Goods

If any goods are found to be damaged on delivery or appear to be faulty please contact us immediately before returning anything. We can then provide a return authorisation and record the fault, but sometimes identify the problem, if you are in any doubt about the product.

Goods are to be returned by the customer and must be sent by a carrier or postal service of sufficient value cover and in sufficient packaging as to protect the product. In transportation this method must also obtain a signature on delivery. Unfortunately we cannot except liability for goods unless or until signed for by authorised personnel of Magnetic Therapy UK at our named official address by registered post.

Credit Card Security

Credit card numbers are not held on this website. A credit card number will be requested only when an order is received. You will be contacted by phone to provide your card number and once the transaction is completed, your card number will be removed from our records.

Refund policy

In the unlikely event that we are not able to fulfil your order then you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card. If there is an error in fulfilment of your order then please contact us and we will correct the error or refund as necessary.
